We offer expert advice on your survey content, wording, response scales, item sequencing and overall impact. You provide a copy of the survey along with a brief description of purpose, sampling, and history. One of our Principals will preview the survey and make suggestions for improvement. The cost is $275, credited to your account if you select us to manage any aspect of your survey program within the following three months.

Survey Program Strategy Tune-up

Have you been plagued by low response rates, calling into question the validity and reliability of survey results? When all the reports are in, will you find yourself staring at stacks of charts and still have doubts about what action to take? Have you taken action based on results in the past, yet been unable to achieve the gains you expected?

Call us for an informal, no-obligation diagnostic conversation (10-15 minutes). If you decide you would like an in-depth review, you can schedule a Survey Strategy Tune-Up. You will receive approximately 90 minutes of uninterrupted time with one of our Principals to evaluate your survey program, identify specific areas for improvement, and provide expert recommendations. The cost is just $350, which we will credit to your first invoice if you select us to manage any aspect of your survey program within the following three months.

Note: To ensure a productive session, you will need to complete an in-depth questionnaire about specific aspects of your survey program: organizational context, objectives, stakeholders, costs, survey design process, communication strategy, sampling, administration, past experiences with surveys, and priorities for improvement.
